Yuliot is a member of national team on deregulation simplification and streamlining procedures for business process of investment. The deregulation related to investment legal aspects, such as draft of Law, Government Regulation, Presidential Regulation, Ministerial Regulation, Provincial or Regional Regulation. The current issue reform on national level is being coordinated by Yuliot is the reform of Indonesia Ease Doing Business (EODB). EODB survey is conducted by the World Bank. The approach of reform is using the management strategy with focusing on national improvement target, communication and setting up goal with stakeholders, business planning and implementation, and feedback and result learning of the reform implementation. He received the Magister Management Degree in Economic and Management from PPM School of Management Jakarta-Indonesia.
