Wiratno is an Engineer and holds a Masters of Science of the Institute of Aerospace and Earth Sciences, in The Netherlands. Having worked in Forestry protection and management he observes that there is a lack competent leaders. Work in the field of forestry requires multi disciplinary and multi-sectoral linkages. New approaches, inspiration and work more effectively and efficiently in any unstable conditions.
