Maya holds a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Indonesia. She has followed the International Management Programme of MIT and is dedicated to implementing the principles of Systems Thinking and Learning Organizations. For her, IDEAS is in line with her passion to build a sustainable and better future for Indonesia She hopes to meet leaders from other sectors to build synergies with.
