Gusti has Twelve years working at Indonesia National News Agency ANTARA.,held various editor positions in ANTARA though she started her career as an environmental journalist based on my education background. 

Having achieved many goals in my career of journalism, she interested in expanding my professional horizons by seeking new challenges in the area of teaching and education. She has been teaching journalism and public relations for the last five years at LPJA (ANTARA Journalism School) and Multimedia Nusantara University. Her students come from various backgrounds, ranging from university students to public affairs staffs from various state-own enterprises. She also co-authored several books . A consistently dependable team player, she enjoy the challenges of meeting deadlines and managing a team, and am comfortable researching, writing and editing on a wide range of topics.
