Following his hobby and curiosity about technology, Renold Sutadi decided to take his Bachelor degree in Marketing  Communications, instead of IT, since technology is organic and keep innovated every time. Then he  continued his Master in Management Business in Prasetiya Mulya.

Before jumping to the professional field, he volunteered as an event  coordinator for International Communications Conference held by  campus. That continued with research in the social field and  teaching on campus. Then he is applying in DKI Jakarta Governor's office as a  volunteer with giving more contribution to people in mind. It  happened, and then he was recruited and assigned as a staff to  support in people empowerment.

Currently, he works as a researcher in Center for Democracy and Transparency.
