Sondang is an Agricultural Engineer and holds a Masters of Arts from the International University of Japan. Having worked as a Civil Servant for many years, she hopes to learn how to be a leader for the future. She wishes to change her (linear) way of thinking to become a leader that thinks comprehensively for the future of this organization. She sees the need to enhance the local capacity to increase the productivity of the nation and to work side by side with other stakeholders.
