DR. Ita Mariza has been a Director of Polytechnic Gajah Tunggal and General Manager of Training Division of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk since early 2011. Prior she is a senior lecturer at Universitas Pelita Harapan from 1999 to 2011 and part time lecturer at many universities, among others Magister Management of Universitas Indonesia since 2006 until now, Bina Nusantara since 1999, and Institute of Technology and Business Kalbe. She is also actively as a consultant to many private company in Indonesia, and a writer to contribute articles to national business news paper such as Business Indonesia, Investor Daily, and KONTAN. And Topics of her research and article are Business Strategic, Marketing Strategy, and Behavior in Organization. She holds Doctoral Degree in Strategic Management from Universitas Indonesia in 2008 and Master Degree in Finance from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1994; and Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 1991.
