Della Temenggung currently works as a Lead Adviser at Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Governance (AIPEG). Formerly, she worked as an Economist at the Multi Donor Facility for Trade and Investment Climate, World Bank Indonesia. She had been working on the area of economic policy (industry, investment and trade), private sector development, and international economics. During her assignment at the World Bank, she had been involved in various programs, including: Support for Indonesia International Economic Engagement (G20, APEC, ASEAN); Support to Regulatory Reform in Indonesia; Programs to Improve Investment Climate; and The Internal Geography of Trade Competitiveness.

After completing her Ph.D. in Economics from the Australian National University in 2008, she worked as Senior Economist at the Secretariat of the National Team for Trade and Investment Enhancement (Timnas PEPI) and was responsible for leading the capacity building program of the Secretariat. She was a lecturer and researcher in Department of Industrial Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and Magister of Business Administration ITB from 1998 to 2008. She has been very active in various social and community organization and was the President of Indonesian Student Association in Australia (PPIA) during 2006-2007. She received a number of awards including Australia Award (ADS), Graduation Award (Cum laude) from the Bandung Institute of Technology and National Best Student Award from the President of Indonesia.
